Here are some medium format film photos I took during my trip to the UK πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ in September 2022!

My first week was for the @workshowgrow artist retreat in Devon, where I spent reading & researching for a series of photo-based-souvenir-objects I have been plotting for the last year. It’s an exploration of Place and longing, for my motherland, Cuba, from my mother’s perspective of Loss, and my own place of fractured identity and grief.

What a wondrous run-on sentence.

During the last week I explored Bath & Hackney before returning home to Los Angeles.
