Janine & Graham flew me out to Chicago last February to capture their love-note-to-their-beloved-neighborhood winter wedding, which I captured on both film and digital!
They wanted to capture their little slice of life at that exact time in their lives—because life happens so fast. I met up at their apartment, I documented their neighborhood as we walked to their local plant shop, Semillas (@semillaschicago), that was the location for their ceremony, then took the whole wedding party down for a walk to The Tail Room (@tackroomchicago) to celebrate into the night in a cozy bar. What a wonderful way to honor the place they had called home all through quarantine.
