It’s that time of year when we start seeing the year-end wrap lists, and I’m happy that A Practical Wedding (APW) picked a wedding I shot this year (Marissa & Josh’s July wedding) as one of their favorite weddings of 2018! Thank you for the honor!

A reason I love working with A Practical Wedding is literally written in the first sentence of their post:

Yes, because it’s true, as it’s easy to get sucked into the whirlwind of stuff-you-should-buy-and-do-according-to-the-internet-and-everyone-else-who-has-an-opinion, ultimately “pretty isn’t an emotion” (something I also learned from reading APW’s wedding planning book, which I read before planning my own wedding 1.5 years ago). You are a beautiful human who just wants to get married and who will make loving choices for yourself and everyone you involve.
